Reports that Cell-Loc Inc. has signed a memorandum of understanding with IQ2 Communications Corp. which gives IQ2 Communications rights to sell Cell-Loc wireless location services and provides Cell-Loc with license fees and ongoing stream of revenue and royalties. Value of the deal; Agreement of Cell-Loc with Amapri Telecom to provide Amapri with sole rights to Cellocate Beacon-enabled location-based services in the South American market.
