ABSTRACT
The author reports that Amcore Financial Inc. has announced that it has sold 135 million dollars in loans. In November 2009 Amcore warned the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a filing that regulators had rejected its capital plan. Amcore was given until December 4, 2009 to submit another plan to increase capital or sell.
