The article reports that private equity firm Sverica International invested an undisclosed amount into the information technology infrastructure company Care Factor. Frank Young, managing director at Sverica International, led the transaction. It is noted that Sverica International was able to acquire Career Quest Learning Centers Inc., a vocational education company prior to the Care Factor deal.
