ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the best practices in terms of human capital to deal with worker's satisfaction and the Family Medical Leave Act. It notes that to consider employees that are eligible for overtime and the corresponding pay is one of the most confusing matters among business owners in which the burden of proof lies on the employer. For employers responsibility in safekeeping their employee's personnel folder, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has required the employee's medical information should be contained in a separate, secure, and restricted location to limit access among firm's management. When matching best practice with the employee's expectation on various tasks, the job description should carry specific tasks, schedule, and standards.
