ABSTRACT
The article reports on the message of Brian Potter, newly elected president of the Scottish Passenger Agents' Association (SPAA), in Scotland. During the SPAA annual meeting, he promised to improve communication among members of the organization and to forge closer relationship with the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). Moreover, he also wants to establish closer link with the Guild of Travel Management Cos. to fight for members' interest and lobby the government on issues.
