ABSTRACT
The article reports on the food poisoning claims filed against cruise agency Ideal Cruising by customers in Great Britain. Peter Wormald and Anita Wormald have hired law firm Irwin Mitchell LLP to file a suit against the firm for food poisoning while they are on board the Independence of the Seas in the summer of 2009. Ian Brooks, managing director of Ideal, is confident that the company will not be held liable because it does not deliver the said service on board.
