The article focuses on the impact of retirement income planning on businesses in the U.S. It notes that retirement income planning changes the business of financial planners. It points out that planners offer more retirement income products and services to more clients and expect increased revenue in fees and commissions. It attributes the increase of retirement income planning products and services to the demographic dynamic of boomers, several information and market downturn. It explains that planners have access to better resources of retirement income planning delivery.
