ABSTRACT
The article presents risk summary in Poland in terms of political, economic and business environment. It states the willingness of the country's Prime Minister Donald Tusk to be a part of a new U.S. anti-missile system, SM-3. Poland is trusting on a two-year privatisation plan to finance the public deficit during the economic downturn. The final appeal of China Overseas Engineering Group Co. Ltd. (COVEC) for Warsaw's metro system has been rejected by the Warsaw District Court.
