ABSTRACT
The article reports on the reconstruction and expansion of the Pool Studio in London, England in 2009. The facility was redesigned which includes the expansion of the control room that overlooks the live room, and an addition of a drum booth. The new control is placed at the front of the studio, constructed around a Genelec 1031 monitors. Acoustic panels are overlaid with blue fabric, and other improvements include new high-definition flatscreen television (TV) and new lighting.
