ABSTRACT
The article discusses the method of developing leaders via the process of peer coaching groups (PCG), noting that real leadership material most often lies within the organization. It cites the experiences of Microsoft, which claims a 98% evaluation score on the first year the program was adopted, BP and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Noting the numerous rewards of the PCG process, the author highlights its effectivity as he compares it with traditional leadership training.
