The article features the learning program developed by the Bellevue University for The Home Depot (THD), designed to prepare customer-facing associates for a career at THD and keep viable its leadership pipeline. The on-line program custom-designed to align with THD corporate objectives, called Professional Retail Management or PRM, is exclusive to THD recruits and leads to a Bachelor of Science degree.
