ABSTRACT
In this article the author profiles the new breed of leader, describing the distinct traits they possess including intellectual superiority and strategic sense. Noting that great leaders understand how their power should be applied for a larger purpose, she lists eight qualities of new breed leadership (NBL) which can help enhance the ability to serve. In addition, she suggests eight ways to assess with courage one's attitudes and aptitudes to increase NBL effectiveness.
