ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Ecko Brands New York by Iconix Brand Group Inc. in the U.S. Iconix Brand Group will pay 63.5 million U.S. dollars for the 51 percent stake on its joint venture. Moreover, the acquisition has been anticipated to generate an annual royalty revenue for about 42 to 44 million U.S. dollars.
