The article reports on the preliminary agreement on the acquisition of the PGA Tour Superstores by Golf & Tennis Pro Shop Inc. in the U.S. The acquisition of the PGA Tour Superstores will make Golf & Tennis Pro Shop Inc. a majority-owned subsidiary of AMB Group LLC. The preliminary agreement contains the increase investement of Noro-Moseley Partners LP to Golf & Tennis Pro Shop.
