Electronics testing firm JM Test Systems has sued Capital One Financial Corporation over fraud losses as reported by Brian Krebs in the December 2, 2009 edition of "The Washington Post" newspaper. "Computerworld" magazine reported that Sophos Public Limited Company has found people sharing personal data on the web site Facebook. Google Incorporated stated that Pacific WebWorks has used its brand to place charges on people's credit cards.
