European commercial vehicle registrations decrease 35% year-to-date from 2008 level

According to the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA), registration of new commercial vehicles in Europe were down 27.7% in September 2009 , compared with the same month in 2008 and consecutively in 17 months. New vehicle registration for the three quarters in 2009 decreased by 35.6% compared with the same quarters in 2008.
