ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the application of a new waste management system from Marco Ltd. by the Unilever Ice Cream Ltd. in Great Britain. The use of the system is part of the company's ongoing project to bring improved control, efficiency and visibility to specific areas of its Gloucester factory. The system handles the waste that arises either from the production process or mismanaged inventory control.
