The article features Oona King, head of diversity at Channel 4 (C4), and shares her views on diversity in broadcasting. King discloses that groups such as ethnic minorities, older people, and disabled people, were all far from represented in broadcasting. She shares that over 98% of those working for independent production companies that produce content for C4 were white.
