ABSTRACT
This section offers news briefs in the defense industry. A contract was awarded by Centauri Solutions to Schiebel in Austria to provide its Campcopter S-100 rotordrone as the airborne sensor carrier for Centauri's Yellow Jacket, a roadside bomb detection programme. The AW159 six tonner, called Lynx Wildcat from Agusta Westland took place at Yeovil in Somerset, England. A software solution called Envi EX was released by ITT Visual Information Solutions.
