ABSTRACT
The article reports on the study conducted by the U.S. Government Accountability Office to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. It notes that the human capital system of FAA is at the low level in work rankings. Moreover, GAO recommended that the Secretary of Transportation which aims to improve the management of workforce by integrating the leading practices and setting up accountability to increase employees satisfaction.
