ABSTRACT
The article reports on the proclamation of U.S. President Barack Obama for November 11, 2009 as the Veterans Day in the U.S. It states that the Veterans Day is a day to honor and appreciate all the veterans who serve with honor under the most difficult circumstances and making sacrifices for the welfare of the country.
