The article reports on a small molecule created by researchers at Indiana University at Bloomington intended to detect cyanide in water samples. According to its creators, the molecule is easy to use and glows under ultraviolet or black light. Chemist Dongwhan Lee explains that reason behind the unreadiness of the detector for market.
