ABSTRACT
The article reports on the addition of a technical center in Roseville, Michigan, purchase of a plant and the launch of a new belt system technology by Dayco Products LLC. Jim Miller, manager of power transmissions engineering, says that the belt is the first of its kind on the market. Earlier in 2009, the new center was acquired from a distressed supplier that will develop innovative engine synchronous and accessory drive systems.
