ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of Ada County Highway District to establish an improved cross-walk and bulbouts after is having canceled a roundabout project at an intersection in Idaho. It mentions that the act has irritated those who opposed the projects especially on the roundabout since the group has already spend around 86,000 dollars in the planning process. It affirms that the public works are intended to slow traffic and shorten the distance across the road for an easy pedestrian.
