Reports that bondholders of Chicago, Illinois-based Edgewater Medical Center's outstanding debt issued through the Illinois Health Facilities Authority have received notification that the financial defaulted on the bonds through a series of covenant violations. 15c2-12 Disclosure Notice issued by Edgewater; Variable rate demand revenue bonds issued by Cain Brothers & Co.
