ABSTRACT
Reports that the Spokane Parking Public Development Authority, operator of the troubled River Park Square mall parking garage, will request a loan from the Spokane, Washington City Council to pay attorneys who represent investors to avoid a payment shortfall to bondholders. Use of the loan to reimburse U.S. Bank for legal fees to have sufficient funds available to pay out the principal and interest.
