Kutz, managing director of Forensic Audits and Special Investigations, before the U.S. House of Representative's Committee on Small Business discussing the cases of fraud and abuse existing within the Small Business Administration's service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) program. It discusses the investigation done by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on allegations of fraud and abuse in SDVOSB contract awards.
