ABSTRACT
The article reports on the trend in which several young head coaches are being hired by the National Football League (NFL) teams. As reported, Mike Tomlin has been appointed as the head coach by the team Pittsburgh Stealers in January 2007. It is further reported that the winningest coaches in Steelers history, Chuck Noll and Bill Cowher, were also hired at the age of 37 and 34, respectively.
