ABSTRACT
The article reports on the initiative of the Education and Employers Taskforce to urge businesses to use seconded teachers in their schools. According to Anthony Salz, co-chair of the taskforce, teachers could fill a gap in employers' training schools. He added that part of the taskforce's objectives is to encourage schools to see the benefits of including secondments of teachers into businesses or getting teachers involved in assisting in training schools.
