This project aims to research if information technologies impact favoring the personnel recruiting process. In this way, it will be necessary to conjugate the process with the new era of information technology and it should be considered that here emerges the hypothesis about the impact of information technologies in the personnel recruiting process carried out by some companies in the metropolitan area of Monterrey.
