The article reports on the advancement of mobile banking technology in the U.S. Stessa Cohen, a research analyst for Gartner Inc., says the banking industry is seeing ways of differentiation offerings that allows banks to deliver new applications. Mark Schwanhausser, analyst at Javelin Research, states that the differentiation between mobile and Web is expected to get consumers interested in mobile banking with mobile devices for advanced services.
