ABSTRACT
The author recommends companies to take advantage of social media to effectively manage health care cost. According to him, YouTube is only one of the 30-plus-English-speaking video hosting sites which host predominantly business-related content. There are said to be sites that offer valuable information on business trends and techniques that can improve a company's competitive position and decrease its operating costs.
