ABSTRACT
The article offers information on how Ureaplasma diversum can be detected. It mentions that Ureaplasma diversum can be detected in organic secretions, such as semen, vaginal mucus, and conjunctival secretions. The said bacteria which cause infection in uterus is transmitted through sexual intercourse or artificial insemination. Moreover, electrophoresis of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products with primers are used to detect the presence of Ureaplasma diversum in frozen bovine semen straw.
