ABSTRACT
The article discusses the significant role of career and technical education (CTE) in starting a new industry. It cites the move of the Chinese government to reach out to career-focused schools in the U.S. to develop CTE programs for the development of a domestic video game industry in China. Moreover, it explores the creation of two separate training programs for delegations from Guangzhou City and Qingdao City by Kaplan University in Hagerstown, Maryland.
