ABSTRACT
The article presents an instructional course lecture "Reconstruction of Posttraumatic Disorders of the Forearm ," from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon which was delivered at the Academy's Annual Meeting. It discusses the assessment and management traumatic forearm injury. Several surgical techniques in reconstruction of posttraumatic disorders of the forearm are tackled including types of osteotomies, preoperative planning, and techniques for diaphyseal osteotomies.
