ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Reference Data Factory by First Derivatives. First Derivatives is a provider of market data management and algorithmic program trading software while Reference Date Factory provides handlers, data cleansing and distribution software for reference data. The move is said to expand First Derivatives scope in identification information on securities.
