ABSTRACT
The article describes the pilot training program being implemented at Jaguar Land Rover's plant in Halewood, England. This program, designed with the help of the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing and Bucam, aims to train employees on basic skills and problem solving. Phil Round, Jaguar Land Rover's education and training manager, explained that the decision to carry out the program came after finding out the common faults along the production line.
