ABSTRACT
The article offers information on how the Cooperative Travel Group's agents dealt with an older customer. The agent who greeted the client did not get up from her desk. When asked for more details of Warner Leisure Hotels, which caters for older clientele, the agent said that she does not have a brochure. The customer felt that the agent didn't discuss his request enough, and didn't seem to have much product knowledge.
