ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sense of loyalty expressed by Canadian dental offices for their "local sources" of sundry/consumable products and dental laboratory prostheses regardless of the 2009 world recession, according to the findings of the Dental Industry Association of Canada (DIAC) 13th Annual Future of Dentistry Survey. Findings inferred the dominance of full-service dealer in the sundry/consumable sector. Factors considered by dental offices for choosing their preferred source are cited.
