ABSTRACT
This article deals with the efforts of foodservice operators in the U.S. to make their management retreat as valuable and economical as possible. Scott Soiseth of Turlock (California) Public Schools cites the advantages and drawback of holding the retreat at their facilities. He also cites the budget reduction on their retreats. Mary Gregoire of Rush University Medical Center explains the benefit of holding a retreat off-site to the staff.
