Aramark Introduces New Burger Concept for Colleges

This article reports on the launch by Aramark of Burger Studio, a concept created for U.S. college students. Electronic touch-screen ordering kiosks are used by the concept to help students design their own made-to-order burger. Particular focus is given to target universities for the first Burger Studio locations in fall 2009. Aramark's Karen Parker says the concept is intended to inspire students' creativity and individuality.
