ABSTRACT
This article announces that South Carolina's Richland School District Two has received the Certified S.C. Grown--Nothing's Finer designation from the agriculture department of the state. The designation can be attributed to the district's sourcing of more than 25% of its produce and products from local vendors, as well as for supporting healthy eating and local-farming education. The district's foodservice is managed by Sodexo. The designation is intended to promote agricultural products made in the state.
