ABSTRACT
The article focuses on self-esteem and the ways to boost confidence in yourself. Self-esteem is the most important quality needed for success in relationships, work, and life and people who possess it generally feel that they are lovable, competent and have something to offer to others. The author says that realization of negative evaluations from our younger are very different from what we are now is the major step in the development of self-esteem. She adds that talking kindly to yourself and learning to relax are some of the ways to boost self-esteem.
