ABSTRACT
The article reports on the two transport projects in the South West and Berkshire, England secured by Atkins Highways and Transportation from the Gloucestershire County Council. The council has awarded Atkins with a three-year extension to oversee the transport planning and traffic management of the city. According to Atkins division managing director Philip Hoare, they will continue to aim improvement by accepting more safety projects.
