ABSTRACT
The article informs that according to a report published in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Hector Ruiz, former chief executive officer (CEO) of Advanced Micro Devices Inc., has allegedly been linked to the largest hedge fund insider trading case in history. Six other executives have been charged by the Manhattan US Attorney's office and the New York Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with hedge fund insider trading schemes fraud.
