ABSTRACT
Studies chromatin and tubulin in unfertilized human oocytes following intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Failure to fertilize due to the absence of spermatozoa in the oocyte cytoplasm; Oocytes remaining at metaphase II after ICSI; Observation of the resumption of meiosis in oocytes; Initiation of sperm decondensation independent of the resumption of meiosis in the oocyte.
