The Botswana Government develops a consultancy capability

The article focuses on the partnership of the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) in Botswana with the Harry Mitchell College in Nottingham, England to reduce government reliance on private consulting companies. The directorate chose the college to help its staff members with technical skills to produce consultants. The training programme included courses such as Work Measurement and Lean Methods Development.
