The article presents information on several bakeries and food courts that serve sandwiches in the U.S. Food courts include the Butcher's Block that offers roast beef on crusty Palladin bread, the Cornucopia that offers pastas, chocolates, and olive oils, and the Cowgirl Creamery that offers Red Hawk cheese. Other shops presented include Earl's, Potenza Bakery, and Saint Michael Bakery.
