The article reports that bed banks may quit ABTA Ltd., within a week following a ruling to make them liable when an ABTA agency collapses. Somwhere2stay.com managing director Stuart Jackson said if retailers did not respond to the ruling, it could quit. Similarly, youtravel.com sales and marketing director Paul Riches said the proposal would make it very difficult to stay in ABTA.
