ABSTRACT
The article discusses the 18-foot wall that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is constructing at the border with Mexico. Concerns are noted regarding the environmental burden that the wall presents to the habitats or migration of threatened and endangered species including jaguars and ocelots. The role of the International League of Conservation Photographers (ILCP) is noted and a photograph of wild turkeys near the border wall is shown.
